✔ Each session is 45 minutes long and includes goal awareness, mindfulness, and a kick-ass Pilates session to leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised.
✔ Available as 1 : 1 or 2 : 1 sessions in our Hamlyn Heights private studio just off Shannon Ave.

✔ We offer single sessions, along with programs to work to your specific vision and goals. As this is a fully bespoke service, please get in touch for a free initial chat so we can see how we can work together.

✔ We offer both Corporate Mat Pilates, along with Wellness Coaching workshops and events.

✔ Same as our reformer offer, each session is 45 minutes long and includes goal awareness, mindfulness, and a kick-ass Pilates session to leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised.
✔ These sessions can take place for up to 4 people in our Hamlyn Heights studio, or we can meet you online or in your choice of location (local to Geelong).
